Inkluzivni turizam kao oblik održivog cjelogodišnjeg turizma

Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je socijalno osjetljiv, inkluzivni turizam i njegova važnost u kontekstu održivog cjelogodišnjeg turizma. Iako je inkluzivni oblik turizma tek jedan aspekt industrije, broj marginaliziranih skupina i osoba ne može se zanemariti kada se razmatraju kratkoročne i dugoročne strategije infrastrukturnih ulaganja u turistički sadržaj i ponudi turističke usluge. Rad, sukladno tome, istražuje kako inkluzivni turizam, fokusiran na osiguravanje pristupačnosti i jednakosti za sve skupine društva, doprinosi održivosti turističke industrije. Analiziraju se strategije i prakse koje omogućavaju osobama s invaliditetom, starijim osobama i socijalno ugroženim skupinama ugodan i dostupan turistički doživljaj. Rad također istražuje kako inkluzivni turizam može pomoći u smanjenju sezonalnosti i poticanju održivog gospodarskog rasta u turističkom sektoru te daje primjere neke od praksi koje potiču inkluziju isključenih skupina uz neizbježan osvrt na Republiku Hrvatsku kao jednu od velikih turističkih destinacija u Europskoj uniji.The topic of this thesis is socially sensitive, inclusive tourism and its importance in the context of sustainable year-round tourism. Although inclusive tourism is just one aspect of the industry, the number of marginalized groups and individuals cannot be overlooked when considering short-term and long-term strategies for infrastructural investments in tourism content and services. Accordingly, the thesis explores how inclusive tourism, focused on ensuring accessibility and equality for all social groups, contributes to the sustainability of the tourism industry. It analyzes strategies and practices that enable a pleasant and accessible tourist experience for people with disabilities, the elderly, and socially vulnerable groups. The thesis also investigates how inclusive tourism can help reduce seasonality and promote sustainable economic growth in the tourism sector, providing examples of practices that encourage the inclusion of excluded groups, with an inevitable reference to the Republic of Croatia as one of the major tourist destinations in the European Union
