Memórias reveladas: a experiência de mulheres negras no PAIF através da história oral

Abstract

A presente dissertação tem como objetivo analisar como as mulheres negras acompanhadas pelo Serviço de Proteção e Atendimento Integral à Família (PAIF) do CRAS Satélite Íris, em Campinas-SP, identificam o reconhecimento de suas necessidades como mulheres negras. Nesse sentido, pretende-se investigar se, e como, o trabalho social desenvolvido pelo PAIF no CRAS Satélite Íris aborda a dimensão étnico-racial com as mulheres negras, bem como quais são os desafios para a efetivação de um trabalho social comprometido com a luta antirracista e com as mulheres atendidas por essa política, no âmbito do SUAS. Para tanto, realizamos um estudo com abordagem qualitativa, utilizando pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Para a coleta dos dados, foram realizadas entrevistas baseadas em um roteiro semiestruturado, com a participação de cinco mulheres negras acompanhadas pelo CRAS Satélite Íris. As entrevistas permitiram analisar, por meio da história oral, a trajetória dessas mulheres, a questão étnico-racial e seu acompanhamento no PAIF. Assim, o estudo desta temática se faz importante, pois este trabalho busca contribuir para processos de tomada de consciência das estruturas que o racismo produz, inclusive dentro de uma política pública de proteção social. O resultado da pesquisa Memórias Reveladas mostrou, por meio das falas de mulheres negras entrevistadas e acompanhadas no CRAS Satélite Íris pelo PAIF, que muitas enfrentaram e ainda enfrentam situações de racismo em sua vida cotidiana. Muitas vezes, elas são julgadas nos serviços, sendo vistas como "incapazes" de manter uma vida em famílias "normais". Essas mulheres são inseridas nesse espaço sem que se considerem as relações de gênero, classe e raça. Em uma sociedade capitalista, onde prevalece o discurso de que todos são iguais e que basta o esforço individual para ocupar determinados espaços, ignora-se que, no Brasil, a população negra é a mais atingida nesse processo. As falas dessas mulheres também revelaram o quanto o PAIF está distante de suas realidades e como suas vozes são importantes e valiosas para este trabalho, levando-nos a refletir sobre a necessidade de ultrapassar abordagens burocráticas e distantes da análise de quem, de fato, é a pessoa por trás do sujeito genérico “usuário(a)”. In this sense, we intend to investigate whether, and how, the social work developed by PAIF at CRAS Satélite Íris addresses the ethnic-racial dimension with black women, as well as what are the challenges for carrying out social work committed to the struggle anti-racist policy and with women covered by this policy, within the scope of SUAS. To this end, we carried out a study with a qualitative approach, using bibliographic and documentary research. To collect data, interviews were carried out based on a semi-structured script, with the participation of five black women accompanied by CRAS Satélite Íris. The interviews allowed us to analyze, through oral history, the trajectory of these women, the ethnic[1]racial issue and their monitoring in the PAIF. Thus, the study of this topic is important, as this work seeks to contribute to processes of awareness about the structures that racism produces, including within a public social protection policy. The results of the Memórias Reveladas research showed, through the speeches of black women interviewed and monitored at CRAS Satélite Íris by PAIF, that many faced and still face situations of racism in their daily lives. They are often judged in services, being seen as "incapable" of maintaining a life in "normal" families. These women are inserted into this space without considering gender, class and race relations. In a capitalist society, where the discourse that everyone is equal and that individual effort is enough to occupy certain spaces prevails, it is ignored that, in Brazil, the black population is the most affected in this process. The speeches of these women also revealed how far PAIF is from their realities and how important and valuable their voices are for this work, leading us to reflect on the need to overcome bureaucratic approaches and distance from the analysis of who, in fact, is the person behind the generic subject “user”.
