Quality assurance during the creation of cost estimates for electrical installations of residential and commercial buildings

Abstract

U ovom radu detaljno je analiziran proces projektiranja i izrade troškovnika te su pokazane moguće pogreške prilikom odabira opreme za elektroinstalacije stambeno-poslovne zgrade. Fokus je stavljen na važnost osiguranja kvalitete u svakom koraku, od izrade tehničke dokumentacije i proračuna do odabira materijala i opreme točnih specifikacija. Izrada troškovnika predstavljena je kao ključni dio procesa, gdje su obrađene metode računanja količina materijala te troškovi ugradnje istih. Analizirane su potencijalne greške, poput nepravilnog odabira opreme ili nesporazuma između projektanta i izvođača, koje mogu uzrokovati kašnjenja i povećane troškove. Također je naglašena važnost preciznosti u troškovniku, kako bi se izbjegli nepredviđeni troškovi i omogućila učinkovita realizacija projekta. Ovaj rad pruža praktične smjernice za projektante i izvođače naglašavajući važnost poštivanja zakonodavnih okvira i tehničkih propisa za osiguranje kvalitete. Rezultati i metode prikazani u radu mogu se primijeniti u budućim projektima, smanjujući rizik od grešaka i osiguravajući učinkovitu realizaciju unutar zadanih vremenskih i financijskih okvira. The focus is placed on the importance of ensuring quality at every step, from the preparation of technical documentation and calculations to the selection of materials and equipment with precise specifications. The creation of the bill of quantities is presented as a crucial part of the process, covering methods for calculating material quantities and installation costs. Potential errors, such as improper equipment selection or miscommunication between the designer and the contractor, which may lead to delays and increased costs, are analyzed. The importance of precision in the bill of quantities is also emphasized to avoid unforeseen expenses and enable efficient project execution. This paper provides practical guidelines for designers and contractors, emphasizing the importance of adhering to legislative frameworks and technical regulations to ensure quality. The results and methods presented in this paper can be applied to future projects, reducing the risk of errors and ensuring efficient implementation within specified time and financial constraints.
