A efetivação das medidas alternativas no âmbito do ministério público do distrito federal e territórios junto aos juizados especiais criminais

Abstract

The theme of this article is The implementation of alternative measures within the scope of the Public Prosecutor\u27s Office of the Federal District and Territories in the Special Criminal Courts. The following problem was investigated: "Do alternative sanctions promote injustice?". The following hypothesis was considered: "The best solution for less serious crimes occurs with the implementation of alternatives to imprisonment". The general objective is to "Demonstrate that alternative measures promote justice when applied efficiently and quickly". The specific objectives are: "Examine concepts of the punitive system"; "Investigate the emergence of alternative sanctions"; "Demonstrate the importance of the principle of speed for the Special Criminal Courts", "Learn about the institutes and alternative measures provided for in the Penal Code"; and "Discuss the role of the MPDFT in implementing alternative measures". This is a theoretical qualitative research that will last three months.O tema deste artigo é “A efetivação das medidas alternativas no âmbito do Ministério Público do Distrito Federal e Territórios junto aos Juizados Especiais Criminais”.  Investigou o seguinte problema: “As sanções alternativas promovem Injustiça?”. Cogitou a seguinte hipótese: “A melhor solução para os crimes menos gravosos ocorre com a efetivação das penas alternativas à prisão”. O objetivo geral é “Demonstrar que as medidas alternativas promovem justiça quando aplicadas com eficiência e celeridade”. Os objetivos específicos são: “Examinar conceitos do sistema punitivo”; “Investigar o surgimento das sanções alternativas”; “Demonstrar a importância do princípio da celeridade para os Juizados Especiais Criminais”, “Conhecer os institutos e as medidas alternativas previstas no Código Penal”; e “Discorrer sobre a atuação do MPDFT na efetivação das medidas alternativas”. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa teórica com duração de três meses
