O TRABALHO DO(A) ASSISTENTE SOCIAL NO CENTRO DE REFERÊNCIA ESPECIALIZADO DE ASSISTÊNCIA SOCIAL DO GUARUJÁ – SP: DO MIMETISMO AO REDUCIONISMO

Abstract

This article is the, result of an academic master'dissertation research carried out at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo in 2022. Its objective was to, analyze the execution of the professional work project of the social worker at the Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance in the city of Guarujá-SP, and possible mimetic relationships between professional attribution versus actions described in the Social Assistance Policy. The research is based on qualitative methodology. Eight (8) analytical categories raised during the analysis process will be presented. Among the findings, it was found, that the specialized work of the social worker was mimicked in actions described in the social assistance policy, resulting from the reductionism that exists between professional training and the precariousness of the social assistance policy and its regulations. O presente artigo, resulta da pesquisa de dissertação de mestrado acadêmico realizada na Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo em 2022. Teve como objetivo, analisar a execução do projeto de trabalho profissional do(a) assistente social no Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social da cidade do Guarujá-SP, e possíveis relações miméticas entre atribuição profissional versus ações descritas na Política de Assistência Social. A pesquisa encontra-se alicerçada na metodologia qualitativa. Serão apresentadas oito (8)  categorias analíticas levantadas durante o processo de análise. Entre os achados, constatou-se, a mimetização do trabalho especializado do(a) assistente social em ações descritas na política de assistência social, estas, decorrentes do reducionismo existente entre a formação profissional e a precarização da política de assistência social e suas regulações
