Considers whether the Law of Property Act 1925 s.60(3) prevents a resulting trust from arising on a voluntary conveyance of land. Examines modern case law considering the section, the position prior to its enactment and the possible interpretations of the section, preferring an interpretation which abolishes the previous doctrine of presumption of resulting use.
