ANALYTICAL STUDY OF OSIS MANAGEMENT IN FORMING STUDENT CHARACTER AT MTSS DARUL AMAN ACEH BESAR DISTRICT
MTs Darul Aman, Aceh Besar District is one of the schools or madrasas in Darussalam District which tries to shape student character, both through classroom learning and through the OSIS. The OSIS of MTs Darul Aman, Aceh Besar District, has many programs, but it requires the cooperation of good teachers and management to develop OSIS members so that they have good character. This research is qualitative in nature. Qualitative research is a research procedure with descriptive data results. In collecting data, researchers carried out observation, interviews and documentation studies. Observations were carried out by means of interviews and documentation studies. The interview guide used was in the form of open ended and probing questions . The documentation study in this research was carried out on various notes and documentation regarding profiles and backgrounds, data or documents related to OSIS management in shaping student character. OSIS planning in shaping student character. Every OSIS activity at MTs Darul Aman, Aceh Besar District, always begins with planning contained in the work program created by the OSIS management together with the guidance and guidance of the School Principal. The process is always carried out throughout the day. Because it is believed that a good process will produce what is expected to shape the student's character. Evaluations carried out by supervisory teachers help develop the management of the OSIS administrators. Starting from program planning to the evaluation process and helping to communicate funding sources for activities to the school principal. EFFORTS TO IMPROVE LEARNING OUTCOMES USING DISCUSSION METHODS IN THE FIELD OF MATHEMATICS STUDY MATERIAL ON ADDITIONAL ACCUTATION OPERATIONS IN THE FORM OF FRACTIONS AT CLASS 6 SDN 1 JATI AGUNG AMBARAWA SUB DISTRICT
The level of students' mastery of mathematics subjects varies greatly, there are those who get good grades and there are those who get less good grades. It can be seen from the evaluation results before the process of improving students' grades. Of the 20 students who have completed it, only 7 students (35%) have completed it. there were 13 students (65%) who completed it. The causes are very varied, such as teachers who make students as learning objects, teachers use the lecture method more, students only take notes on what the teacher says if suggested by the teacher, thus making students passive and lacking motivation, students still don't understand the material being explained. , lack of providing examples and practice. The aim of this remedial learning is to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics learning material on addition calculation operations in the form of fractions using the discussion method. This remedial learning is carried out in 2 cycles where each cycle is held in one meeting. The results of the research show that student learning outcomes are good by showing that the average score in cycle 1 is 76 with a completion percentage of 75% and in cycle 2 the average score is 80.5 with a completion percentage of 100%. The researcher's conclusion is that the discussion method can improve Student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects, material for arithmetic operations in the form of fractions
THE ROLE OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION IN CURBING DRUG ADDICTION AMONG THE YOUTH IN KATSINA STATE
One of the objectives of Islamic education is the total commitment to character building based on the ideals of Islamic ethics. It is the highest goal of Islamic education. Once a character is lost, it would be difficult to redevelop it. Education is not limited to training the mind only and pouring information into it, but it involves all aspects of human life such as religious, moral, intellectual and physical personality of the learner. Islam is a religion that emphasizes the purity of civilized human life. Purification is part of the faith that works to produce individuals who abide by Islamic law. The problem of drug abuse has been viewed seriously in recent years around the world. Therefore, prevention is very important to prove that Islam can solve various social problems. Drug addiction is a substance harmful to a person’s physical, spiritual (mental and emotional), and behavior when used. As a result of this effect, a person who uses drugs will become dependent on the drug and become addicted. In other words, drugs carry a very high risk that can be fatal. However, the dangers of drugs that are contagious in society today are given serious attention by Islam. This study discusses the causes of addiction among the young people in Katsina state and how to address the treatment of drug issues with a view to a religious perspective as an alternative that can enhance the spiritual heir to young. Thus, the Quran and Hadith of the Prophet SAW, as the primary references in Islam, have a vital role in resolving the problem of Muslims related to drugs

This study explores the various methods employed by labor migrants from Uzbekistan to migrate abroad for employment, both temporarily and permanently. It provides a comprehensive analysis based on data from a survey conducted by official sources. The research reveals the significant presence of Uzbek migrant workers in countries such as the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Turkiye, and Korea, with construction being the primary sector of employment. It also examines the role of the Foreign Labor Migration Agency (FLMA) in facilitating overseas employment and highlights Uzbekistan's efforts to diversify its labor migration destinations amidst growing concerns regarding migrants in Russia.
