Analisis Usahatani Purwaceng (Pimpinella pruatjan Molk.) di Dataran Tinggi Dieng

Abstract

Purwaceng grows endemically in highland areas, and until now most of it only remains in the  Dieng Plateau, Central Java. The researcher aims to determine the cost, profit level and efficiency of purwaceng farming in the Dieng Plateau. Data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the total revenue of purwaceng farming per Ha in one planting period was obtained at Rp 439,089,881.00 and the total costs incurred were Rp 35,847,805.00. So that a profit of Rp 403,242,077.00 / ha is obtained for one planting period. The value              of the R/C ratio of purwaceng farming in Dieng Plateau per hectare per planting period is 12.25. Purwaceng farming in the Dieng Plateau is efficient and feasible to cultivate.Purwaceng merupakan tanaman endemik dataran tinggi yang masih dibudidayakan di Dataran Tinggi Dieng, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui biaya, tingkat keuntungan dan efisiensi usahatani purwaceng di Dataran Tinggi Dieng. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan total penerimaan usahatani purwaceng dalam satu musim tanam yaitu Rp 439.089.881,00/Ha, dan total biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 35.847.805,00/Ha. Keuntungan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 403.242.077,00/Ha per musim tanam. Nilai R/C ratio usahatani purwaceng sebesar 12,25. Usahatani purwaceng di Dataran Tinggi Dieng efisien dan layak untuk diusahakan
