Rancang Bangun Alat Sistem Pengontrol pH Air dan Kadar Gas Amonia pada Pembibitan Kolam Ikan Lele

Abstract

Ikan Lele (Clarias sp.) merupakan salah satu jenis ikan air tawar yang banyak dibudidayakan. Kualitas parameter air merupakan hal yang penting, khususnya untuk ikan yang sangat sensitif terhadap kualitas air yang ditempati. pH air dan kadar gas amonia merupakan hal penting yang harus dikontrol dalam kualitas air pada kolam ikan lele. Pada penelitian ini telah dibuat dan dirancang sistem pengontrol pH air dan kadar gas amonia untuk pembibitan ikan lele. Untuk mengukur pH air dan kadar gas amonia ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan modul sensor pH-4502C dan modul sensor MQ-135. Hasil pengukuran akan tertampil pada LCD I2C 20x4. Sistem ini telah dirancang agar nilai pH tetap netral dan stabil di angka 6-8 sesuai dengan kebutuhan ikan lele. Jika nilai pH kurang dari 6 dan lebih dari 8 maka sistem pengontrol akan bekerja secara otomatis dengan membuka kran solenoid lalu menyiram larutan kapur. Sistem ini juga telah dirancang supaya kadar gas amonia pada kolam ikan lele dapat terjaga dan stabil di angka 0,1 ppm, jika kadar gas amonia lebih dari 0,1 ppm maka pompa air akan bekerja secara otomatis yaitu dengan menyedot air pada bagian dasar kolam ikan lele hingga kadar gas amonia dibawah angka 0,1 ppm. Hasil dari pengujian sistem ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mendeteksi pH air dan kadar gas amonia pada kolam ikan lele dengan baik, sistem dapat mengendalikan actuator dengan baik dengan rata-rata keberhasilan 100% pada pengontrol pH dan pengontrol gas amonia, dan dengan adanya sistem pengontrol pH dan gas amonia dapat menstabilkan pH 6-7 dan kadar gas amonia 0,01- 0,03 ppm.Catfish (Clarias sp.) is one type of freshwater fish that is widely cultivated. In this research, a system for controlling water pH and ammonia gas levels for catfish nurseries has been created and designed. To measure the pH of water and ammonia gas levels, this is done using a pH-4502C sensor module and an MQ-135 sensor module. The measurement results will be displayed on the 20x4 I2C LCD. This system has been designed so that the pH value remains neutral and stable at 6-8 according to the needs of catfish. If the pH value is less than 6 and more than 8, the controller system will work automatically by opening the solenoid faucet and then watering the lime solution. This system has also been designed so that ammonia gas levels in catfish ponds can be maintained and stabilized at 0.1 ppm, if ammonia gas levels are more than 0.1 ppm then the water pump will work automatically by sucking water at the bottom of the catfish pond until ammonia gas levels are below 0.1 ppm. The results of testing this system show that the system can detect water pH and ammonia gas levels in catfish ponds properly, the system can control actuators well with an average success of 100% on pH controllers and ammonia gas controllers, and with the pH and ammonia gas controller system can stabilize pH 6-7 and ammonia gas levels 0.01-0.03 pp
