BIBLIOTECA FEMINISTA DA UNILA: A EXTENSÃO UNIVERSITÁRIA COMO ESPAÇO DE FORMAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL

Abstract

This is an experience report of the UNILA Feminist Library Extension Project, developed in the UNILA Social Service course in partnership with the Praia Vermelha Feminist Library Extension Program. Its main objective was to understand Marxist feminism as a challenge to face the attacks and advances of the conservative values of hetero-patriarchal-bourgeois Society, equipping social workers and students to act coherently and committed to the ethical-political Project of human emancipation. The activities were also open to UNILA’s internal Community and external Community, since the topic involves women in general. To this end, it included the formation of a study group, lectures, debates and the installation of a physical library in partnership with the Reference Center for Assistance to Women Victims of ViolenceTrata-se do relato de experiência do Projeto de Extensão Biblioteca Feminista da UNILA, desenvolvido no curso de Serviço Social da UNILA em parceria com a Programa de Extensão Biblioteca Feminista da Praia Vermelha. Seu objetivo principal foi compreender o feminismo marxista como desafio para enfrentar os ataques e avanços dos valores conservadores da sociedade hetero-patriarcal-burguesa, instrumentalizando assistentes sociais e discentes para uma atuação coerente e compromissada com o projeto ético-político da emancipação humana. As atividades estiveram abertas também para a comunidade interna da UNILA e para a comunidade externa, uma vez que o tema envolve as mulheres em geral. Para tanto, contou com a formação de um grupo de estudos, palestras, debates e a instalação de uma biblioteca física em parceria com Centro de Referência em Atendimento à Mulher Vítima de Violência
