Abstract

The health crisis following the Covid-19 pandemic has literally devastated the world economy, causing the various countries to suffer considerable damage, both economically and socially. Our country is no exception, insofar as it too has had to bear negative repercussions both on the health of citizens and their well-being, and on the activity of the productive fabric. Moreover, this crisis comes at a time when Morocco is faced with the limits of its development model and is seeking to renew it. In this context, Moroccan VSMEs, under the pressure of the fallout from the crisis, were forced to stop their activities temporarily, even definitively. This has had the inevitable consequence of falling employment. Thus, companies have made adaptations to strengthen their resilience.
