The design of composite concrete bed for cnc machine tool

Abstract

Magistrsko delo Zasnova kompozitne betonske postelje za CNC-obdelovalni stroj vsebuje zasnovo, potek izdelave in stroškovno analizo kompozitne betonske postelje. Kompozitna betonska postelja je namenjena za obdelovanje aluminija na štiri ali pet osnih CNC-obdelovalni strojih. Zaradi visokih obdelovalnih hitrosti so se pri postelji pojavili določeni problemi kot na primer vibracije in hrup pri obdelavi. Rešitev smo našli v zalivanju profilov z mineralnim betonom in protihrupnimi paneli. Kompozitna betonska postelja je varjena konstrukcija. Izdelana je iz jeklenih profilov, ki so naknadno zaliti z mineralnim betonom.The master\u27s thesis, The Design of a composite concrete bed for a CNC-machining center, contains the design, manufacturing process and cost analysis of a composite concrete bed. The composite concrete bed is intended for processing aluminum on four or five axis CNC-machining machines. Due the high machining speeds, certain problems arose with the bed, such as vibration and machining noise. For that we found a solution, such as pouring profiles with mineral concrete and anti-noise panels. Composite concrete bed is a welded construction, made of steel profiles, which are later filled with mineral concrete
