Seismic Analysis of the Dry-stone Masonry Medieval Military Tower Donà – Italy : Master's Thesis
Abstract
U ovom radu analizirano je ponašanje suho zidane konstrukcije izložene seizmičkom djelovanju primjenom numeričkog modela Y2D koji se temelji na Kombiniranoj metodi konačno-diskretnih elemenata. Kao pobuda korišten je zapis potresa u Petrovcu (Crna Gora) iz 1979. godine. Analiziran je utjecaj veličine blokova te način oslanjanja suho zidanog tornja na seizmički odgovor konstrukcije.In this study, dry-stone construction behavior when exposed to seismic activity has been analyzed. Analysis has been done using Y2D code based on the Combined finite-discrete element method. A record of the Petrovac (Montenegro) 1979 earthquake has been used as input.
