Quality Management of the Enterprise's Transport and Logistics Processes

Abstract

У статті висвітлено особливості управління якістю транспортно-логістичних процесів під-приємств. Проаналізовано значення індексу ефективності логістики в Україні у 2016, 2018 та 2023 роках. Проаналізовано обсяги перевезених вантажів за видами транспорту в період2018–2021 років, а також за січень 2022 року. Виділено операції, які має включати управлінняякістю транспортно-логістичних процесів підприємства. Розкрито проблеми, які дастьможливість вирішувати сформована система управління якістю транспортно-логістичнихпроцесів підприємства. Визначено, що важливе значення в управлінні якістю транспортно-логістичних процесів підприємства посідає дотримання стандартів ISO. Висвітлено пере-ваги управління якістю транспортно-логістичних процесів підприємства на основі впрова-дження стандартів ISO.The article highlights the peculiarities of quality management of transport and logistics processes of enterprises. It was determined that the quality management system of the enterprise's transport and logistics processes should be aimed at finding and making decisions that will improve delivery control and help the enterprise quickly and safely ship products. It was found that transport and logistics enterprises must provide quality assurance when implementing new generation technologies to protect their complex processes. The value of the logistics efficiency index in Ukraine in 2016, 2018 and 2023 was analyzed. The volumes of transported goods by types of transport in the period of 2018–2021, as well as in January 2022, were analyzed. It has been established that the trends and opportunities faced by enterprises during the implementation of transport and logistics processes require the urgent implementation of an effective quality management system for such processes.It was found that the main purpose of quality management of transport and logistics processes of enterprises is to properly control the supply flow, and also to ensure that customers receive orders on time, without damage and in accordance with expectations. The operations that should include quality management of the enterprise's transport and logistics processes are highlighted. The problems that will be solved by the formed system of quality management of transport and logistics processes of the enterprise are revealed. It was determined that compliance with ISO standards is important in quality management of the enterprise's transport and logistics processes. According to ISO, enterprises that implement a quality management system to ensure the quality of transport and logistics processes demonstrate their ability to meet the established requirements of the quality management system.The advantages of quality management of the enterprise's transport and logistics processes based on the implementation of ISO standards are highlighted. It has been determined that transport and logistics enterprises can manage the control and quality assurance of transport and logistics processes with the help of Qualityze EQMS Suite, a cloud-based corporatequality management system
