This study aims to explore in-depth decision-making and breastfeeding support for primiparous mothers with a history of Caesarean Section in breastfeeding. The research design used in this research is a generic exploratory qualitative study. Research data were analyzed using thematic analysis using the approach from Creswell, J.W. The analysis results obtained two themes: decision-making and breastfeeding support. Husbands and parents are essential aspects in providing support for primiparous mothers. The mother's obstacles are low maternal autonomy, the mother's condition after Caesarean Section, the lack of milk production after Caesarean Section, and breast problems
