Restoratıon Proposal Of Usakızade Rıfat Efendı (Iffet Pak - Yuksel Kaplan) Mansıon In Kutahya

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, Kütahya ili merkez bölgesinde yer alan XIX. yy geleneksel konut mimarisi örneklerinden biri olan Uşakizade Rıfat Efendi konağı ve aynı avlu içerisinde bulunan Gözüm (Özüm) Şeyh Sultan tekkesi konu edilmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı, yapıların mevcut durumunun belgelenmesi, konağın restitüsyonu ile özgün durumunun tespit edilmesi, koruma ilkeleri doğrultusunda konağın sürdürülebilir korunmasına yönelik restorasyon önerisi getirilmesidir. Çalışma kapsamında, yapıların günümüzdeki durumu ve zaman içindeki değişimleri belgelenmiş, yakın çevre araştırılmış, Kütahya ili Merkez ilçesinde bulunan konutlarla karşılaştırmalı çalışma yapılarak konağın özgün durumu tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda yapının yeni işlev ile birlikte değerlendirildiği bir restorasyon önerisi sunulmuştur.In this thesis, Uşakizade Rıfat Efendi mansion one of the 19th century traditional residential architectural examples in the central district of Kütahya province and Gözüm Şeyh Sultan tekke (lodge) located in the same courtyard with the mansion are mentioned. The aim of the study is to document the current situation of the buildings, to determine the original state of the mansion with the restitution and to present a restoration proposal for the sustainable protection of the mansion in line with the conservation principles. Within the scope of the study, the current situation and changes that have occurred throughout the years of the buildings was documented, the immediate surroundings was investigated and the original state of Uşakizade Rıfat Efendi mansion was determined with a comparative study conducted between other residences in the central district of Kütahya.
