Abstract
U ovome radu biti će prikazan proračun, odabir koncepata i izbor komponenti vitla velike
nosivosti. Vitlo se koristi za pomicanje poklopaca u nuklearnim elektranama. Prilikom
proračuna će se koristiti faktori sigurnosti koji ovise o pogonskoj grupi koja nam je naime
zadana zadatkom. Proračun standardnih dijelova: mehanizma za prihvat tereta, mehanizma za
dizanje i mehanizma za vožnju biti će izvedeno analitički, dok će nosiva konstrukcija zbog
svoje složenosti biti proračunata FEM analizom. Naposlijetku, poslije proračuna generirati će se
konačni CAD model.In this paper, the calculation, selection of concepts and selection of components for a high-load winch will be presented. The winch is used to move covers in nuclear power plants. The calculation will use safety factors that depend on the operating conditions that are assigned to us by the task. The calculation of the standard parts: the load receiving mechanism, the lifting mechanism and the driving mechanism will be performed analytically, while the load-bearing structure will be calculated by FEM analysis due to its complexity. Finally, after the calculation, the final CAD model will be generated
