Abstract

U radu su sažeto opisani postupci zavarivanja. Navedeni su postupci i tehnike polaganja prolaza u zavarivanju. Opsežno su opisane karakteristike TIG postupka zavarivanja i prednosti u usporedbi sa nekim od postupaka. Predstavlja se pregrijač i njegova svrha u kotlovskom postrojenju. Opisani su najčešće korišteni postupci, tehnike i položaji zavarivanja kotlovskih komponenti. Sažeto je opisana prateća dokumentacija postupka zavarivanja te cjelokupni postupak izrade pregrijačke komponente.Paper summarizes the welding procedures. The procedures and techniques for laying passages in welding are given. The characteristics of the TIG welding process and the advantages compared to some of the processes are extensively described. Introducing the preheater and its target in the boiler plant. The most commonly used methods, techniques and position for welding boiler components are described. The supporting documentation of the welding processes and the overall processes for the manufacture of preheating components are summarized
