Gestos cotidianos na produção de vida e saúde

Abstract

Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (graduação)—Universidade de Brasília, Faculdade de Ceilândia, 2019.O estudo traz uma breve discussão sobre cotidiano, tendo como objetivo compreender as atividades que compõem o mesmo e sua significação, ressaltando a importância de organização da rotina para priorizar as atividades que produzam saúde. Utilizou-se um relato de experiência da descrição do cotidiano por dois meses, sendo observado e registrado em um diário de campo os fazeres para posterior análise. Os resultados se deram após a analise do cotidiano e ressignificação do mesmo, sendo organizado e pensado de forma que colocasse as atividades em uma hierarquia de importância para que as mesmas que compõe o cotidiano tragam leveza e maleabilidade na vida do sujeito, tendo como consequência a produção de saúde ao realizar suas atividades, sendo visto a importância de cuidar do cotidiano, dando ressignificação para o mesmo, colocando o seu ser criativo em prol de sua saúde, não se mantendo na zona de conforto.The study brings a new vision of daily life, and thus its organization as a whole, aiming to understand the activities that make up the same and their significance in the life of the individual, and can be seen as activities that generate health. The research method is within the qualitative research, having as object of study the daily routine of the researcher herself, being observed and recorded in a field diary that was later analyzed. The results were given after the daily analysis and re-signification of the same, being organized and thought in a way that places the activities in a hierarchy of importance so that the same ones that compose the daily life bring lightness and malleability in the life of the subject, having as a consequence the health production when carrying out its activities, being seen the importance of taking care of daily life, giving it a new meaning for it, placing its creative being for the sake of its health, not staying in the comfort zone
