В статті розкривається термін „компетентність” як досвідченості суб’єкта у певній життєвій сфері, психологічну структуру феномену досвідченості а також компетентнісний підхід як освітня стратегія.In the article the term "competence" as an experience of life in a particular subject area psychological structure of the phenomenon of experience and competence approach as an educational strategy
