PENGARUH DESAIN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS PEGAWAI DIREKTORAT PENDIDIKAN DINIYAH DAN PONDOK PESANTREN KEMENTERIAN AGAMA RI

Abstract

The objective of this research to find out the influences of Job design and job satisfaction onprdoductivity of employees Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The research wasconducted by using a survey method with path anlysis in testing hypotesis. In this research, 89 ofemployees were selected by random sampling technique, the research was focused of three aspect:job design, job satisfaction and prdoductivity. The result of the research as follow: (1) There is a directpositive influences of job design on prdoductivity (2) There is a direct positive influences of jobsatisfaction on prdoductivity (3) There is a direct positive influences of job design on job satisfaction.Keywords: Job design, job satisfaction and prdoductivity.Kata Kunci: Desain Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Produktivitas
