PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PAUD DI KOTA DEPOK

Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to find out how much teacher performance of earlychildhood education throughout the Depok City. The study involved 102 early childhoodeducation teachers in the Gandul Village and Sub-district of Cinere, Depok City. This study usedsurvey instruments and used path analysis to test the hypothesis. The reason to use pathanalysis method is because it helps simplify the process of analyzing data. This studyconcludes: 1) There is an influence between organizational climate and teacher performance,2) There is influence of job satisfaction and teacher performance, 3) There is influence oforganizational climate and job satisfaction.Keywords: organizational climate, job satisfaction, teacher performanc
