Проаналізовано основні критерії державності та способи їх урегулювання відповідно до сучасного бачення держави, як політичного інституту.The main criteria of statehood and ways of their settlement were analyzed in accordance with the modern vision of the state as a political institution. The main points of the turn of the world at the time of society and ways of obtaining independence were determined. The models of political influence on the interstate level are presented
