Правове виховання як елемент правової культури молоді та утворення іноваційного суспільства

Abstract

У даній роботі порушується проблема правового виховання української молоді. Розкривається необхідність забезпечення високого рівня правової культури громадян, найважливішу роль у формуванні якої відіграє їх правове виховання.In this paper, the problem of legal education of Ukrainian youth is violated. The necessity of ensuring a high level of legal culture of citizens is revealed, the most important role in formation of which is their legal education. The course is aimed at creating an innovative society in Ukraine. Student youth is defined as the core of the Ukrainian elite. Higher school should become the center of legal culture and education of youth in the spirit of the rule of la
