Abstract

In the present investigation, one of the urban-social problems that the city and its development has brought with it, its solution being a first need since it involves futuristic aspects of development in a social, cultural, educational and humanistic of Toluca, pilot city for the development of the urban-architectural strategy that I present for professional evaluation. It is essential to talk about childhood when we we refer to the future of a city, considering the social, economic, cultural and education that make up their environment and development. The starting focus are those children who were born on the streets, with possibilities unlimited, with or without parents, with education or without her, but in the end they ended up in the streets.En la presente investigación se analizó uno de los problemas urbano-sociales que la ciudad y su desarrollo ha traído consigo, siendo su solución una primera necesidad ya que involucra aspectos futuristas de desarrollo en un ámbito social, cultural, educativo y humanístico de Toluca, ciudad piloto para el desenvolvimiento de la estrategia urbano-arquitectónica que presento para evaluación profesional. Es imprescindible hablar de la infancia cuando nos referimos al futuro de una ciudad, considerando los aspectos sociales, económicos, culturales y educativos que conforman su entorno y medio de desarrollo. El enfoque de partida son aquellos niños que nacieron en las calles, con posibilidades ilimitadas, con padres o sin ellos, con educación o sin ella, pero que al final terminaron en las calles
