MAKNA RETRIBUSI BAGI KELOMPOK PEDAGANG PASAR DI PASAR DINOYO MALANG

Abstract

This research aims to obtain an understanding of the meaning of fees among the traders in the Dinoyo Malang market area The research method used is qualitative. The research findings reveal that some traders perceive market fees as a heavy financial burden and significantly reduce the income of traders, while others view it as a reasonable investment for the facilities and services that market traders receive from the local government. This conclusion highlights the importance of considering the perspectives and diverse needs of traders in designing fair and sustainable market levy policies, as well as the importance of communication and dialogue between the government and trader groups to achieve satisfactory agreements for all parties
