Abstract

Yüksek Lisans TeziGünümüz teknolojisinde insanların yaşam standartları artmakla birlikte sağlık alanında da kalitenin yükselmesi kaçınılmaz olmaktadır. Sağlık kurumunda kalitenin yüksek olabilmesi için güçlü lidere ihtiyaç vardır. Bu güçlü liderlerin aynı zamanda etkili bir iletişim becerisinin olması gerekmektedir. Bu amaçla, kurumların hedeflerine ulaşması, büyümesi ve gelişmesi bakımından lider ve çalışanlara önemli görevler düşmektedir. Amaçların gerçekleştirilmesinde liderin önemi olduğu kadar liderin kurum içerisindeki iletişiminin de önemi oldukça büyüktür. Edirne ilindeki özel hastanelerde yapmış olduğumuz çalışmada personelin üst yöneticisini lider olarak benimseyip benimsemediği, liderinin hangi liderlik tipine uygun olduğu ve liderin kurum içindeki personel ile iletişiminin ne ölçüde olduğunun tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma literatür taraması ve alan araştırmalarından oluşmaktadır. Alan araştırması, Edirne ilinde bulunan özel hastanelerde çalışanlara uygulanmıştır. Veriler anket yöntemiyle toplanmıştır.
