    Abstract

    Drawing on the stories of exemplary leaders, the authors argue that all effective leaders must make an inner journey “to discover who you are and what you care about.” Developing your ability to lead, they show, “is not about stuffing in a whole bunch of new information or trying out the latest technique. It\u27s about leading out of what is already in your soul. It\u27s about liberating the leader within you.
