The reserch and improvment of methodology of SC FFL budget planning

Abstract

Diplomdarbā tiek aprakstītas budžeta sagatavošanas teorijas galvenās pamatnostādnes. Darba ietvaros tiek uzsvērta budžeta kā svarīga finanšu vadības instrumenta nozīme, kas pilda svarīgas finanšu vadības funkcijas – plānošanu, uzskaiti un kontroli. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt esošo A/S FFL budžeta sastādīšanas metodiku un izstrādāt priekšlikumus budžeta sastādīšanas metodikas turpmākai pilnveidošanai un budžeta kvalitātes uzlabošanai kopumā. Diplomdarbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir aprakstīta budžetēšanas teorija. Otrajā daļā ir analizēta A/S FFL budžeta sastādīšanas metodika. Savukārt trešajā daļā izrietot no iegūtajiem secinājumiem ir sagatavoti priekšlikumi esošās budžeta sagatavošanas metodikas pilnveidošanai. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 61 lapas puses, tajā ir izmantotas 9 tabulas, 16 attēli un 22 izmantotās literatūras avoti.In the diploma work are described main viewpoints of the budget planning theory. Within the framework are pointed the importance of budget, witch is a relevant element of the financial management, and it includes such functions like a planning, calculation and control. The target of diploma work is to explore an existing budget planning methodology in SC FFL and also to work out suggestions how to improve this methodology and quality of budget. Diploma work consists from three parts. The first part describes the theory of budget. The second part includes analyze of SC FFL budget planning methodology. But in the third part, after conclusions obtaining, the suggestions how to improve an existing methodology of budget planning are prepared.
