    Abstract

    ヒラメの明順応網膜の水平細胞からS電位を記録し, 1相性と2相性の2種類のスペクトル応答型が得られた。1相性は波長520nm付近に最大感度を持ち, さらに種々の有色背景光のもとでも, この最大感度波長は変化しなかった。2相性S電位は, それぞれ波長470nmと570nm付近に過分極相と脱分極相の最大感度を示した。紫背景光のもとでこの脱分極相のピーク波長は550nm付近に移行し, 実際にはさらに短波長側にあることが示唆された
