Abstract

In the modern age, within healthy lifestyle there is coming trend of the consumption of low-alcohol wines. In my work I deal with the selection of suitable methods for reducing the alcohol content in the vineyard or later in winemaking. With properly chosen method the wine should show a lower alcohol content, without any impact on wine sensory quality
