Information systems are more and more applied in controlling of enterprise life. The IS application packages bring a computerized controlling in all economical process sets as ERP, CRM, SCM and BI. These sets guarantee a base for economical enterprise prosperity. In the marketing process area, strongly connected with CRM processes, there is a main task to advertise of economical and production enterprise results and its deep customer care to get new and sustain contemporary customers. This academic dissertation deals with relevant marketing processes. There are defined terms as a marketing case and a specification of its description as strings of services (standard and real marketing case). There are designed a system for the monitoring of a marketing cases. At the close of the thesis is presented of the functional implementation for marketing services
