Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of indemnity, confirmation and debt collection of overdue receivables. In the theoretical part incorporates the topic of the legal framework and defines the economic, accounting and tax impact of overdue receivables on Capital Company. It is focused on the analysis of the selected company receivables and contains appropriate proposals to solve the problem
