Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

Abstract

New residential development project in the city district of Brno – Komin follows natural context of place close to Palackého vrch and Brněnská přehrada. Nine residential buildings are designed as a nine buildings set in a continuous landscape and responding to the slope terrain by turning perpendicular to the contour lines. The project aims at the synthesis of comfortable living in the nature with a higher population density. Individual houses are designed as concrete skeletons, whose disposition charge is variable and offers a wide range of sizes of apartments
