Multifunctional house on the corner of the streets Bratislavska and Stara, contents apartements, sport centre with coffée, comercial and administrative places for rent. It completes vacant lot, there is a small public place in the corner which is shifted. There is also a great tree as a dominant. Courtyard is projected as a park with the trees, grass and the small lake for create the more natural enviroment.
