Management Functions of the Coach in the Chosen Sport

Abstract

The goal of this Bachelor´r thesis is to find out, if the coaches are using managerial functions in their coaching role. There are definitions of the terms related to coach´s management tools and their key qualities. The theoretical knowledges that I learnt are applied to divisional football club HFK Trebic. There are suggested recommendations for improving the quality of coach´s work in this thesis
