Abstract
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the motivation of the chosen company STROJÍRNA OSLAVANY, spol. s r.o. It focus on rewards of employees and on employees' benefits. By using of questionnaire of research were found out problems and shortages in motivation of employees. Then you can find out suggestions of sollutions, which should encourage to improving of informations and of productivity in the company
