This bachelor thesis deals with the corporate culture of Krematorium zvířat, s.r.o. It focuses on employee training and company presentation to customers. Theoretical section defines the concepts and phenomena associated with a corporate culture and marketing mix. The practical part reflects the findings of the theory, leading to the determination of optimal steps and suggestions to improve the current situation of the firm
