RC car model

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis was an analysis of possibilities and requirements for driving systems of vehicle model. In the thesis, available undercarriages, which are suitable for an implementation of driving system, were presented. Furthermore, the study of the interface for the regulator and possibility to use a microcontroller in the driving system, were necessary. The wireless communication between transmitting part and microcontroller was tested just as controlling of an engine speed. The programme for driving of the model in PC was designed and tested by using C language. General behaviour of the model was tested. The response to control and achieved driving precision was tested too. In the end, assistant sensors for collision detection were added to the model
