Multipurpose building in Kromeriz
Abstract
This master´s thesis „Multipurpose building in Kromeriz“ is in a stage of project documentation of new multi-function building. The builing is designed as detached building with four stories and a flat roof. There are commercial areas – caffe, reality office and clothes store – in the first story. Then there are cellar for flats. There are situated 14 flats in two stories . There is designed a luxury flat with a huge taxace in the fourth story.
