This Master’s Thesis is analyzing the FINO-trade company, relations with it’s branch surroundings and it’s working processes. It is based on easy analytical tools, which is SLEPTE analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter’s five forces model and Kralicek’s QUICKTEST. The ambition is to propose an arrangement to grow and fix it’s market position
