Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of the screw conveyor for transport of aggregate. It consists of a technical report containing mainly conceptual design of the entire device, calculation of the main dimensions, design a functional drive and choice of flexible shaft coupling, load calculation, selection and checking of bearings and strength control of structural components, plus drawings, which consists of a set of proposed installation, detailed subassemblies of the attachments of worm shaft in all bearings, welding subassemblies of the trough and production drawing of the input pin
