Design CNC Technology Components Shaft

Abstract

This thesis deals with the technological process of producing welded shaft in company STT Servis, s.r.o. The work is addressed the technological possibilities and production solutions, way to ensure the rotation of the shaft when turning and turning shaped recesses. The main point solution is to use technology for the final machining of the shaft, here are three times compared to machine technology, original, new and proposed. In conclusion the technologies are compared and evaluated
