Abstract
This thesis is the final piece of work of a distant form of studies majoring in B-STG Machinery technology and proposes the technology of production of pipe section elbow (R=1D) from seamless pipe DN500 (O508 x 14). The thesis puts forward and evaluates from the technical-economical point of view four kinds of welds combining additional materials from ESAB company for manual metal arc welding using methods 141 and 111. The construction design is made by the ČSN EN 13 480 criteria – metal industrial pipes. The welds of pipe section elbow are designed and done by TPE 10-40/1771/81 – general technical rules of assembling welding pipes of powerplants VVER type valid for EMO 12 (Mochovce powerplant, units 1 and 2). For the construction and modeling of the pipe section elbow ratio (R=1D) programs by Autodesk were used
