荔枝架接方法之研究

Abstract

民國六十七至六十九年間在台中地區,以二年生以上之荔枝實生苗砧木,與不同熟度之黑夜種荔枝接穗行嫁接試驗,結果以當年生較老熟之接穗在十一月至二月間嫁接之成活率較高。另以1%Ascorbic acid及1ppm NAA之混合液,另加10ppm之Kinetin, BA ,或 2-IP之溶液處理接穗成活率,但其實用價值有待進一步之研究。Grafting between stocks of more than two years old and scions of Black-leave Litchi at various degree of maturity was attempted. Experiments were conducted in open field in Taichung from 1978 to 1980. Results indicated that a relatively high percentage of taking were found with mature scion grafted during the period of November and Feburary. However, no significant difference were observed between control and scion which were treated either with a mixed aliquot of Ascorbic acid (1 %), NAA (1 ppm), and Kinetin (10 ppm) or with BA or 2-IP individually. A favorable survival rate of grafting with seedling tips and immature shoots was noticed in an indoor, controlled environment. The practical value of these finding merit further investigation
