本研究利用薄膜水合法/超音波震盪法,以不同製備功率、時間、冷卻溫度探討微脂粒包覆兒茶素之最佳條件,並進行功能性、安全性、安定性及毛髮抗紫外線及強度拉力等評估。實驗結果,以功率27W/15mins/100℃條件所得粒徑最小,平均粒徑為57.5~75.7nm。在抗紫外線方面,染後頭髮經紫外線照射60Hrs後,未塗抹兒茶素之染後髮束,△E值為3.24;而使用微脂粒包覆兒茶素塗抹之染後髮束,其△E值為0.8~1.98;受損頭髮經過塗抹兒茶素及兒茶素微脂粒後,再照射紫外線其斷裂強度為99.23kgf/平方公厘及106.99kgf/平方公厘;比未經塗抹再照射紫外線之受損髮的斷裂強度88.33kgf/平方公厘大。兒茶素微脂粒進行48Hrs皮膚過敏性測試,並無產生紅腫現象。In this research, thin film/sonication method was selected to find the best catechins liposome preparation conditions by testing different reaction power, time and cooling temperature. Efficacy, safety, stability, hair ultraviolet resistance and hair breaking point were also analyzed. The results showed condition with 27W/15mins/100℃ expressed the smallest particle size with average 57.5~75.7 nm. Concerning ultraviolet resistance property, dyed hair treated with ultraviolet radiation 60 Hrs. The dyed hair without catechins treatment showed △E 3.24 and dyed hair with catechins liposome treatment showed △E 0.8~1.98. The damaged hair breaking point with catechins and catechins liposome treatment showed 99.23 kgf/mm^2 and 106.99 kgf/mm^2, respectively. It is better than damaged hair breaking point without any treatment value 88.33 kgf/mm^2. The catechins liposome examined with skin patch test for 48 Hrs and expressed with no irritation results
