MORPHOLOGY of THE GENITAL CONE IN FIVE NEMATODES

Abstract

在光镜和扫描电镜下对似血矛线虫（HAEMOnCHuSSIMIlIS）、捻转血矛线虫（HAEMOnCHuSCOnTOrTuS）、辐射食道口线虫（OESOPHAgOSTOMuMrAdIATuM）、粗纹食道口线虫（OESOPHAgOSTOMuMASPEruM）、哥伦比亚食道口线虫（OESOPHAgOSTOMuMCOluMbIAnuM）的生殖锥进行观察比较。结果表明：似血矛线虫的生殖锥的生殖附器（gEnITAlAPPEndAgES）只有一对乳突，而捻转血矛线虫的生殖附器有2对乳突。辐射食道口线虫生殖锥背唇上的乳突似苹果、粗纹食道口线虫背唇上的乳突呈椭圆形，哥伦比亚食道口线虫背唇乳突上还有一小突起The genital cone of H.similis,H.contortus,O.radiatum,O.asperum and O.columbianum were observed under LM and SEM.The results showed:The genital appendages of H.similis has a pair of papillaes whearas H.contortus has two pairs.O.radiatum,O.asperum and O.columbianum appear diFFerent in the papillaes of the dorsal lips.The papillaes of the dorsal lip of O.radiatum are of appleshaped and those of O.asperum are elliptical.There is a little projection on the papillaes of the dorsal lips of O.columbianum
