Abstract

在海峡两岸清华大学发展史上，梅贻琦校长曾作出重大的历史贡献，他以卓越的办学成就享誉海内外。作为两岸清华大学共同的精神财富，梅贻琦的教育思想及其办学经验值得我们倍加珍惜。在两岸清华大学联手筹办100周年校庆之际，探讨梅贻琦的大学教育理念及其实践成就具有重要意义。 本论文主体分为六章。第一章绪论，主要包括本研究的选题意义、研究综述、思路与方法、重点及难点；第二章概述梅贻琦的生平及性格，试析其高等教育思想的来源和内容；第三章论述梅贻琦在北京清华大学从普通教员到校长的从教经历，总结在其治下国立清华大学取得的卓越成就；第四章介绍梅贻琦在西南联合大学的主政事迹，以及抗战胜利后带领清华大学复员的过程，论述...In Ttsinghua universities’ history on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, President Mei Yi-Chi have made important contributions.
