Abstract

酚醛泡沫塑料具有优异的难燃,自熄,低烟,耐火焰等优点,并且酚醛泡沫塑料成本低廉,其成本约为聚氨酯泡沫塑料的2/3,在常用的保温材料中酚醛泡沫塑料具有其它泡沫塑料无法比拟的优势。随着火灾事故发生频繁及各国政府在建筑、运输等领域对材料提出严格的阻燃、低火焰或低发烟、低毒等要求,酚醛泡沫塑料得到了广泛的应用,获得了快速发展。 本文首先对酚醛泡沫的基本原料-甲阶酚醛树脂的合成从理论上进行了深入研究,在此基础上用比较简便的工艺合成了甲阶酚醛树脂。考察了甲醛与苯酚投料的摩尔比、反应介质pH值、反应温度等因素对合成甲阶酚醛树脂的影响。 对酚醛泡沫的制备工艺进行了研究。考察了树脂粘度和含水量对泡沫制备的重...Phenolic (PF) foam has been well known as a material with low smoke, fire resistant, high temperature resistant, self-extinguishing and lower cost. The cost of phenolic foam is about 2/3 of that of polyurethane (PU) foam.
