Untersuchungen zur Resistenzentwicklung von Tumorzellinien gegenueber Apoptose-Induktoren

Abstract

Die Entstehung von Resistenzen gegenueber Apoptose-Induktoren ist haeufig auf eine Veraenderung apoptotischer Siganaltransduktionwege bzw. auf die Aktivierung von Ueberlebensmechanismen zurueckzufuehren. Die vorliegende Arbeit hat daher die Untersuchung dieser Signalwege in teilweise resistenten Tumorzellen zum Inhalt.
